Lying relaxed in a unique alignment of stones and crystals positioned in a powerful grid, you are gently led into an altered state of expansive consciousness, whilst being safely guided through a very deep personal shamanic journey.

Throughout the journey you are guided, to gradually become aware of unresolved and suppressed trauma, old beliefs and attachments as well as any interference from other sources.

This can be current life traumas or often past life regression. Using a variety of techniques, release occurs.

Traveling across time and space to alternative realities we go back to the origins of where the core issues began - often related to emotional events in the past.  The journey offers insights and solutions to repetitive patterns in our lives, including recurring health issues or energetic blockages.

By clearing off energies which are not totally aligned with unconditional love we gain clarity and understanding.  On this journey, we often experience profound healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. 

In this expanded state, Crystal Dreaming enables loving connection with your Guides, Ascended Masters and alignment with your Higher Self. Often gifts are revealed as wisdom and clarity about your purpose and Life Path.
